Magnesium Sleep Flakes contain a blend of highly concentrated form of 100% natural, Zechstein magnesium chloride, lavender and chamomile to soothe tired and aching muscles in preparation for sleep.

Magnesium chloride is wholly soluble, also referred to as totally ionised. This is vital to allow magnesium to break its bond and travel into the pores, through the dermal layers and into the bloodstream.

Bath
Add 250g magnesium flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath. Lie back and relax for 20 minutes. Increase amount for a more intensive experience.

Footbath
Add 150g magnesium flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approx. 5 litres of water, enough to cover feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes.
