* Strength: 450mg per capsule. 

* 7 week supply (based on full dose).

Take up to 3 capsule a day unless directed otherwise by your healthcare practitioner.

450mg Withania somnifera (ashwagandha root) powder in a vegetarian capsule (water,hydroxypropylmethylcellulose)
