InResidence Health Clinic offers a wide range of services from simple health checks, dietetic consultations and hosiery fitting services. Our expert team will refer customers to other InResidence clinics based on their needs or concerns. 

Health & Wellbeing Package

The Health & Wellbeing Package is designed to assist you in achieving your nutrition and health goals by addressing your dietary and health concerns, your lifestyle and food preferences.

This includes anthropometry, diet and health risk assessment. You will be provided with an individualised plan at the end of the session to help you achieve your nutrition goals. One baseline blood check is included, with the option to test for other parameters at an additional price. Results will be available in 48hrs with a follow up consultation from a healthcare professional.

The Health & Wellbeing Package includes:

• 2x face-to-face consultations (30mins each)
• 1x basic phlebotomy check (option to test for other parameters at an additional price)

Anthropometry assessment

This includes height, weight and waist circumference measurement. Your body composition will also be analysed using bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) which calculates body content including:

• Bone mass
• Body fat %
• Body muscle %
• Segmental fat and muscle % (L/R arms, legs, torso)
• Total body water %
• Visceral fat

The Anthropometry assessment includes a detailed report and results discussion with a healthcare professional.

Compression hosiery fitting made to measure in-store service

InResidence Healthcare offers a fitting service for all compression hosiery brands stocked in-store. 

The fitting service is bookable online and is open to healthcare providers or anyone that recommends or prescribes compression garments. For private individuals, the specialist fitters are able to visit hotel rooms and workplaces if the customer has mobility issues or does not have the time to visit the pharmacy.
