Ensuring safe arrival

Once your order has been confirmed, we can ship it direct using one of our approved couriers, or via your own shipping agents if preferred. Our dispatch department will ensure your order is expertly packed, considering any special handling requirements. We can also provide a full documentation service and Certificates of Origin and Certificates of Analysis on request (subject to availability from the manufacturers). We use the latest technologies to control and monitor the temperature of all our stored medicines before and during their journey to patients around the world.
