Bath Essence without noticeable perfume

So disappointed that this essence has minimal frgrance, once dispensed into bath. Given the hype i.e. that Marlyn Munroe orderd it in bulk, I was so disappointed that it lacks a perfume trail, something that would be reasonably expected given the quality, the name and the price tag?
