Composition:

Stérimar™ Congestion Relief is a hypertonic sea water solution* made from 100% natural purified sea water which contain a higher concentration of salt than the human body's cells, in order to help actively unblock the nose (osmosis effect).

Free from steroids, drugs and preservatives, Stérimar™ Congestion Relief sea water benefits from the recognised properties of mineral salts and marine trace elements and it contains additional copper and manganese.

On first use, prime the spray by briefly pressing the nozzle.

From the onset of colds and sinusitis:

Keeping the head straight, put the nozzle in the nostril.

Spray once or twice in each nostril.

Let any excess solution flow out and then blow your nose.

For a deeper cleansing of the nasal cavities and blocked noses:

Keeping the head tilted to one side, put the nozzle in the upper nostril.

Spray once for 2 to 3 seconds.

Let any excess solution flow out and then blow your nose.

After each use, clean the nozzle in hot, soapy water, then rinse and dry with a clean and soft cloth.

Use 2 to 6 times a day, until the nose is no longer blocked or as long as your doctor recommends.
