At John Bell & Croyden, we want to help you get the most from your prescription medicines. To help you do this we offer the following range of NHS services:

Patient Medication Records

We keep a record of all your prescriptions, unless you ask us not to do so.

Dispensing Prescriptions

We dispense NHS and private prescriptions and can order special medicines or appliances if needed.

Advice on Self-Care

Our pharmacy team can advise you on treating minor illnesses and buying over-the-counter medicines.

Emergency Supplies

If you urgently need medication but cannot see your doctor, we may be able to help.

Medicine Containers

All our medicines are supplied in child-resistant containers, but we can supply them differently if you ask us too.

NHS Repeat Dispensing

We can provide this service if your GP participates in the NHS Repeat Dispensing scheme and is local to this pharmacy.

Unwanted Medicines

We can dispose of your unwanted medicines safely.

NHS New Medicines Services

We can help you understand your condition and discuss if taking a new medicine could benefit you.
