Hold it, lay on it, sit on it, or even put your feet on it.

With safety in mind, the Beurer heat pad will automatically switch off after 90-minutes of use and despite being electric, it’s easy to keep clean – simply remove the controller and pop it in your washing machine on a normal wash at 30 degrees.
