Description

Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is a fat-soluble, vitamin-like substance made by our bodies. Once produced, it is then used by our cells. CoQ-10 is naturally found in every cell of the body with especially high levels in the heart, skeletal muscles and other tissues with high energy requirements. As we age, our bodies produce less and less CoQ-10.
How to Use

Pharma Nord recommends 1-3 capsules per day of Q10 ubiquinone supplements, or as directed by a physician. Preferably taken in split doses and best taken with food to enhance absorption.
