Skullcap & Gardenia, which has been used for centuries helps clear heat, dispel mucus, relieve coughing and supports the immune system.

Clean and dry the skin.

Remove the paper backing from one side of the patch.

Place and smooth the patch over a comfortable area of the chest or back.

And Breathe.

Use once a day or night for 8-10 hours at a time.
