Can you tell us about the brand and how it originated?
Biotell is a luxury, British skin and hair care brand inspired by science. Established to provide individuals with high quality-premium products, focusing on the requirements of the body both internally and externally. The brand name originated to tell the story of biochemistry through the Biotell products, it was a team effort almost 10 years ago, we wanted to combine the two worlds together.
What makes Biotell different from other brands?
We have a wide array of experts on our team from pharmaceutical experts to cosmetic experts. This has enabled us to engineer products using the latest and most innovative active ingredients to ensure the final products deliver high quality and efficacy for our customers.
Can you explain how products are customised or tailored to benefit specific skin types?
Our team undergoes numerous stages of market research before deciding on the formulation of each product. Once a product is in a formulation stage, we undertake different processes for the development and concentrate on the actives working with the different skin types and needs of our customers. Each product undergoes rigorous stages of testing to ensure the highest quality ingredients are used with numerous benefits for specific skin types.
Could you give example of an ideal routine?
Morning Skin Routine
The ideal morning routine is to cleanse the skin using our Biotell Foaming Cleanser, followed by our Biotell Balancing Toner, then the wonderful Biotell Vitamin C serum, Biotell Glow Drops and our super hydrating Biotell Hyaluronic Serum then our amazing Biotell Eye Cream and Biotell Day Face Cream for the day time routine. This will help prepare your skin for the day ahead. Not forgetting to add the Biotell Facial Scrub twice weekly.
Evening Skin Routine
The ideal night routine is to cleanse the skin using our Biotell Foaming Cleanser, followed by our Biotell Balancing Toner, then our super moisturising Biotell Night Oil with 7 floral extracts including Peony and Japanese Cherry, Biotell Eye Cream and Biotell Night Face Cream with Vitamin A & E for their anti-aging benefits. This will leave skinfeeling restored and hydrated throughout the night.
