Light Cream is part of the REPAIR step. We recommend alternating between REPAIR and STIMULATE, which allows you to let your skin rest, while reconstituting the optimal environment for deep regeneration, and then the other night to accelerate the cell renewal process to reduce the signs of ageing. This reinstates the skin's natural, virtuous cycle.
