Here at Dr Jackson's, we believe in beauty that is clean, safe and, most importantly, effective. Our award-winning formulas, combine extensive research with the finest ingredients nature has to offer, but our mission goes beyond the first layer of your beautiful skin; in everything we do, we make sure our products are kind for both our customers’ skin and the environment.

We are not packaging manufacturers, but we continue challenging the status quo, putting just as much research into our minimalist packaging as the clean formulas inside them. If we don’t think an industry ‘norm’ is the most sustainable option, we’ll strive to find an alternative. That’s why we avoid plastics as much as we possibly can - 90% of our packaging is plastic-free, we use only recyclable paper boxes, and pressure our packaging suppliers to develop practices that reduce waste and minimise our carbon footprint.
At Dr Jackson’s, we’re more than a pretty face. Our packaging board comes from recycled paper or well-managed, sustainable FSC certified forests. We skip the foil printing, plastic wrapping, coated or bleached paper, and polyester ribbons. Instead, we’re committed to seeking out the greenest possible alternatives, from our recyclable glass jars to minimal single colour, soya ink printed boxes, to biodegradable labels. Every single detail in the process is considered.
Our wellness teas are packed in paper tubes and the OneEarth® teabags are 100% biodegradable, made from a heat-sealable plant starch material derived from non-GMO sugarcane, they come inside a compostable and renewable NatureFlexTM bag.
The ‘Environmental Activist’ Approach
Working closely with our global network of green-credential suppliers in all areas of the production chain, we have established an ecologically-minded company that goes far beyond being simply eco-friendly, to take an ‘environmental activist’ approach - you won’t find our packaging destroying the coral reefs or the landscape.
Doing good is in our DNA, we are proud members of 1% for the Planet, the non-profit organisation, connecting businesses, individuals and communities working together to ensure that our planet and future generations thrive.
Without the hard work of the local communities and rural farmers from around the world, sustainably harvesting our natural ingredients, we wouldn’t be here.
Behind every ethically sourced ingredient used in our clean formulations, there’s a team of generous people, taking care of the land and ensuring that these incredible species will never become endangered.
We have created an important alliance with the Baobab Foundation, to support their educational programs and the Baobab Wilding Campaign, planting young Baobab trees and protecting them from external threats. When you buy one of our products that contain baobab or kigelia, you are bringing a fair income to women in Africa and funding the education of future generations.
