Changes to store opening hours
As demand for pharmacy services rapidly increases due to the on-going Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, there will be a change to pharmacy opening hours to ensure we can continue to be a service to you without disruption.
Updated opening hours from Monday 23rd March
Monday - Saturday 9:30am to 6pm
Sunday will remain open as normal 12:00noon to 6pm
Will I receive updates on my order if it's delayed?
Yes. We're working hard to deliver all orders as quickly as possible but if your order is delayed longer than stated, we will let you know.
What do I do if an item I’ve ordered goes out of stock?
If an item goes out of stock after you've ordered, we'll cancel the items and you won't be charged.
Is your Wholesale service still available?
John Bell & Croyden's wholesale service is operating as normal. Please get in touch if there is anything you need and our specialist team will try to find it for you. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I still get my prescription?
Pharmacists are on hand to dispense NHS and private prescriptions and can order special medicines or appliances if needed. They can advise you on treating minor illnesses and buying over-the-counter medicines. If you urgently need medication for illnesses not related to COVID19, but cannot see your doctor, we may be able to help. We can also provide this service if your GP participates in the NHS Repeat Dispensing scheme and is local to this pharmacy.
Is your Private GP service still available?
John Bell & Croyden’s private GP service, provided by DocTap, is open and available 7 days a week for anyone who needs to see a private doctor at their convenience for symptoms not related to COVID19. Afterwards, you’ll be sent detailed consultation notes, which you may share with your NHS GP if you choose. To book an appointment please visit here.
Can I still book an in-store service?
During the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic we are working hard to ensure that our pharmacies can continue providing the safe supply of medicines, care and advice to you. In order to help protect our colleagues and customers, we will not be scheduling new patient service bookings for the time being.
Please note our doctors are unable to see anyone with COVID 19 symptoms – please follow recommended Government guidelines.
