Instructions for Use:
With clean hands, roll plug between fingers to compress into a crease free cylinder
Reach above the head to gently lift top of ear upwards and outwards to open the ear canal
Place plug into ear canal. Hold end of plug in place with finger for about 10-20 seconds, or until it has expanded to fit
Please retain this packaging for future reference.
