Marylebone Privilege Card T&C

Overview:
1.1. The Marylebone Village Privilege Card ("Privilege Card") is offered by The Howard de Walden Estate ("Company") to provide exclusive benefits and discounts to its cardholders. As part of the Marylebone village community, John Bell & Croyden is one of the participating retailers.

Eligibility:
2.1. Anyone who lives or works within Marylebone Village is eligible for a Privilege Card.

Discount Restrictions:
3.1. The discount provided through the Privilege Card cannot be applied to:
- Prescription medications.
- Existing discounts and promotions.
- Services offered by John Bell & Croyden
- Brands exclusions apply (see 4.1)

Brand Exclusions:
4.1. The discount provided through the Privilege Card is not applicable to products from the following brands:
- Chantecaille
- Lyma
- Clinique la Prairie
- Noble Panacea

Usage Restrictions:
5.1. The Privilege Card discount cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion unless otherwise stated by the Company.

Cardholder Responsibility:
6.1. It is the cardholder's responsibility to present the Privilege Card at the time of purchase to avail the applicable discount.

Company Discretion:
7.1. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Privilege Card program, including its benefits and discounts, at any time without prior notice.

Validity:
8.1. The Privilege Card is valid until the expiration date specified on the card or until terminated by the Company, whichever occurs first.

Acceptance of Terms:
10.1. By using the Privilege Card, the cardholder acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
