Subscription Services Terms and Conditions

Introduction
These terms and conditions govern your use of the John Bell & Croyden subscription service. By subscribing to the service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Subscription
The subscription service provides you with a recurring delivery of beauty and/or nutrition products. The specific products and frequency of delivery will be specified in your subscription plan.

Payment
The subscription fee will be charged automatically to your credit card or PayPal account on a recurring basis. You will be notified of the amount of the subscription fee before it is charged.

Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time, but you will be charged if your products have already been dispatched. Once these have been returned to us, a refund will be processed.

Shipping
Shipping is free for all orders over £25 and within the UK. For orders outside of the UK, shipping charges will apply.

Returns
You can return any products that you are not satisfied with within 30 days of receiving them. To return a product, you must use this link https://accounts.johnbellcroyden.co.uk/orders and return the unopened products using the enclosed return label.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Governing Law
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
