I am a freelance beauty therapist, and back in July 2023, I did some work for @ignae_official through an agency. Unfortunately, I have been chasing them for nearly two years to receive my payment. Initially, they responded, promising to pay within 30 days, but after that, they stopped replying altogether. Despite sending over 20 follow-up emails, I’ve been completely ignored.

I attempted to file a small claims case, but since IGNAE is a Portugal-registered company and not based in the UK, I was unsuccessful. On my solicitor’s advice, I am now sharing my experience publicly to warn others. I feel cheated by IGNAE, and I believe it’s important for people to be aware of this.
