Avoid being distracted by less useful claims

'Molecularly distilled' is often presented as a badge of superiority. Distillation can be an effective refining step used to reduce certain contaminants, but the phrase alone does not reveal the final contaminant levels, omega-3 concentration or oxidation status. It is a process claim, not a complete quality assessment.
