Ginkgo

Ginkgo biloba, commonly known as the Maidenhair Tree, is a living fossil. First appearing in the early Permian and disappearing at the end of the Pliocene, it however managed to survive in the mountains of central China where it has traditionally been used to treat various ailments. With regards to skincare, Ginkgo biloba may also provide hydration and anti-ageing benefits.
