Each tablet contains 316 mg of magnesium citrate, 69.5 mg of soy bean dry extract (36% isoflavones), 35 mg Hibiscus extract and 23 mg magnesium oxide.

Also contains microcrystalline cellulose (bulking agent), Beta vulgaris (beetroot juice) powder (colour), silicon dioxide, crosslinked cellulose gum (firming agent), magnesium salts of edible fatty acids (glazing agent) and essential oils of lemon, lemongrass and Litsea cubeba.
