Please read all instructions and precautions prior to use and retain for future reference Directions for use: Place the wrap over the knee area ensuring that the elasticated rim is above the knee and the Cura-Heat logo faces the front Open the sachets by hand (do not cut with scissors) and remove the heat packs Note that the heat packs have two sides - place the side marked 'A' facing toward your skin inside the wrap pocket Insert one heat pack only into the wrap pocket on both sides of the knee Heat packs should always be inserted into the wrap pockets The heat packs activate within 1 minute and will heat up within 5 minutes once the sachet has been opened There are sufficient heat packs for four single uses of one heat pack or two uses of two heat packs After use remove the heat packs from the wrap and then dispose with normal household waste (do not incinerate the heat packs)
