Don’t stay in the sun too long, even if you use sunscreen. Overexposure to sun is dangerous. Avoid exposure to the sun between 11:00 and 16:00. Do not expose babies and young children directly to the sun. Use protective clothing (wide-brimmed hat, glasses, t-shirt, etc.). Avoid contact with eyes and if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with clear water.|¹By reducing this amount, you are significantly lowering the level of protection.
