Add 2 drops of each essence (max of 7) to the mixing bottle containing still spring water; take 4 drops a minimum of 4 times a day. You can also add a teaspoon of brandy or cider vinegar to the mixing bottle to act as a preservative if you wish. A vegan friendly product and suitable for all the family.

To take more than one remedy at once in your own unique combination, add two drops of each of the remedies chosen to a 30ml mixing bottle and top up with spring water. Take 4 drops from the mixing bottle at least four times a day. Try not to mix any more than 7 remedies in one mixing bottle.

Keep out of reach and sight of children and away from eyes, flame and heat. Always read the label. Do not store above 25°C.
