Use once a week for four weeks, as an intensive treatment. Remove and unfold the 2 sheet masks and carefully peel off the protective film from the face mask.  Apply the gel side to thoroughly cleansed skin, making sure the face mask is placed properly over the eye, nose and mouth openings.
