Cold therapy –

• Place pack in freezer for approximately 2 hours (until frozen).

Hot therapy –

• (Microwave) Place pack in clean microwave oven at 600W maximum for 15-20 seconds, test heat and repeat at 5 second intervals until desired heat is reached.

• (Heating in hot water) Bring water to boil in a pot. Remove the pot from the heat and put the gel pack in the water for approximately 3 minutes. Check the packs temperature after 3 minutes. Repeat the process if further heat is needed.

Place the gel pack into the positioning pouch and apply to the desired body part. Apply the pack in 5-20 minute intervals or until symptoms are relieved.

For external use only. •Do not apply pack if overheated. •Do not place the gel back directly onto the skin. The product contains Gel. If the pack breaks and fluid contacts skin or eyes, flush with water and seek medical attention. If ingested, wash mouth out with water immediately and seek medical attention. •Use only under adult supervision. •For serious / reoccurring injuries or if a rash / discomfort develops, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice.
