- If the gel is accidentally swallowed rinse the mouth with water. Seek immediate medical attention taking the product packaging with you
- If the product gel comes into contact with the eyes or the mouth, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and seek medical advice if the irritation persists

- Apply to your temples/forehead as required
- Remove the cap from the roller ball
- Apply using small circular massage movements on the temples/forehead and whilst doing so gently squeeze the tube to release the roller ball gel
- Reapply as often as required but if skin sensations become too strong discontinue use immediately
- Replace cap securely after use
- On initial opening greater force may be required to open and release the gel
