Bio-Iron Complex contains iron and vitamin B12 which contribute to a reduction in tiredness and fatigue and the normal function of the immune system. Iron is included as bisglycinate, a form of iron which is well absorbed and tolerated by sensitive stomachs.

Take 2 tablets daily.

Tableted with: Bulking Agents (Dicalcium Phosphate & Cellulose), Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid & Magnesium Stearate), Glazing Agents (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerol).
