Multi-Guard for Adults gummies is probably the most comprehensive one-a-day gummy multi-vitamin and mineral formula available to practitioners and is suitable for all adults. All the vitamins in this product are present at good potencies, with several of the B vitamins included alongside the antioxidant vitamins A, C and E and the recommended daily intake of vitamin D. It also includes the trace minerals zinc and iodine, for normal cognitive function and skin. Gummies are ideal for those who find tablets difficult to swallow, for example children or the elderly, as well as for those who have a large supplement regime and may experience pill fatigue. This gummy has a delicious natural grape flavour and is free from added sugar and artificial sweeteners. It is sweetened with FOS (fructo-oligosaccharide), a form of soluble fibre.
