Put a small amount of toothpaste (about the size of a pea) on the head of the toothbrush. Brush teeth for 2 minutes. After brushing, spit out any excess toothpaste. Don't rinse your mouth immediately after brushing, as it will wash away the concentrated active ingredients in the remaining toothpaste, this dilutes it and reduces it’s preventative effects.
