For best results apply the foot scrub once or twice a week to wet feet, massage in for 2-3 minutes and rinse off with warm water. Massage in to wet feet with warm water and rinse off for smooth, glowing skin. Exfoliate feet at home 2-3 times a week: Use the Foot File before the scrub, then follow with the Conditioning Foot Cream for long-lasting results.
