A herbal food supplement of freshly powdered Milk Thistle Seed from Silybum marianum, in a vegetable capsule for easy digestion.

Strength: 500mg per capsule.

21 week supply.

Take one capsule a day with food or a drink. For best effect this food supplement should be taken whilst also following a cholesterol-lowering diet. If LDL is high, one capsule three times a day may be taken for a month and then reviewed under the guidance of your healthcare practitioner.

Monascus purpureus, Co-enzyme Q10 (CoQ10), Policosanol, Vitis vinifera (grape seed extract), vegetarian capsule (water, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose)
