Shake the contents of the vials and pour the liquid into a small glass of water. Take the capsule with that glass of water mixed with the content of the vial. Take 1 vial and 1 capsule per day according to the days of the week as written on the inner packaging. Use once a day in the morning after meal.

Do NOT exceed the recommended dose.
