Directions

Brush twice daily using a pea-sized amount of toothpaste. Minimise swallowing and spit out.

Preferably, do not rinse toothpaste residue immediately after brushing. This helps to ensure that fluoride will remain on the teeth and continue to be effective in strengthening the enamel and preventing tooth decay.
