To prepare one 225 ml serving:

• Pour 190 ml of room temperature or cold water into a glass.

• Gradually mix in 5 level scoops of PaediaSure Shake powder, stirring

until thoroughly mixed.

• Never heat in a microwave oven. Serious burns can result.

• Reconstituted PaediaSure Shake should be used promptly or covered, refrigerated and used within 24 hours. Unused product should be discarded after this time.

• The standard reconstitution is 216 g/l.

PaediaSure Shake should be used alongside or in between meals, as part of a healthy, balanced diet.

Do not exceed the maximum number of servings per day:

1 serving for 1-3 year olds

2 servings for 4-10 year olds
