NAC (n-acetyl-l-cysteine) provides pure NAC, which is a derivative of the dietary amino acid l-cysteine. NAC is a sulphur containing amino acid involved in glutathione synthesis.

As a food supplement, take 1 capsule, 1–3 times daily, between meals, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
