HOW TO USE

STEP 1: Begin applying to the fullest part of your brow, slowly adding definition and filling in sparse areas using short strokes. Add more strokes to build a bolder brow look.

STEP 2: Use the brush side of pencil to add shape and gently blend the color through brows.

TIP: Use in tandem with Hi-Def Brow Gel to lock in your look.

Do not get in eyes. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with water.
