Riley Organic Cotton Regular Pads are made with 100% GOTS certified organic cotton top sheet and core - no artificial absorbents (SAPs), no synthetics, no toxins. 1. Remove the pad from its wrapper and peel off the adhesive strip.
2. Stick the pad firmly to the inside of your underwear, securing the wings around the sides.
3. Change every 4-6 hours (or as needed).
