Each tampon is housed in a plant-based applicator made from renewable sugarcane, designed for comfort and ease of use - BPA-free and recyclable. 1. Wash hands thoroughly. Remove tampon from wrapper and pull the inner tube down until it stops.
2. Hold the applicator at the grooved ridge with your thumb and middle finger, string hanging down.
3. Place the rounded tip at the entrance to your vagina at a slight upward angle.
4. Gently push the outer tube into your vagina, then use your index finger to push the inner tube up to release the tampon.
5. Remove the applicator and discard.
6. Change every 3-4 hours. To remove, gently pull the string. Wrap used tampon in tissue and dispose in the bin. Do not flush.

Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS) Warning: TSS is a rare but serious and potentially life-threatening condition caused by bacterial toxins. To reduce risk: use the lowest absorbency necessary for your flow; change your tampon every 3-4 hours; do not use tampons overnight. Consult your doctor before using tampons if TSS warning signs have occurred in the past. Do not flush - wrap used product in tissue and dispose of in the bin.
