During the careful manufacturing process, the bacteria are dehydrated at their most active growth phase. Re- hydrating in a glass of water buffers them from the stomach acid & helps them return to their most active phase, for optimum efficacy.

The powder is easy to use – it just needs to be dissolved in lukewarm water and has an activation time of approximately one minute. Even better, the formulation has a lovely vanilla taste.

Dissolve 1 teaspoon (3g) of the probiotic in lukewarm water, leave for approx. 1 min. Drink on an empty stomach or before sleeping.
