Calm Patches have been created to help ease tensions such as headaches and migraines, they also remedy the stagnation of thoughts or brain fog, and soothe frustration and agitation. These small and discreet patches get to work straight away to target everyday stresses.

This product contains essential oils that provide a unique smell that elicits a deeply relaxing olfactive experience.

Remove one patch at a time from the backing paper.

Apply the calm patches to temples, behind the ears or wherever you seek relief. For headaches, it can also be effective to apply a patch one inch above the space between the big and second toe on top of the foot.

After applying, massage the patch for a minute or two with your fingers to further release the herbs.
