Ross J. Barr DHA/EPA Formula capsules are a very high quality fish oil supplement designed to be taken whilst trying to conceive, during pregnancy and throughout breastfeeding.

To be taken in conjunction with both the Ross J. Barr Male and Female Fertility Formulas (it is known to be beneficial for both partners to have a reserve before trying to conceive), the essential fatty acids found in the DHA/EPA Formula support both mother and baby in the development of the immune system, the brain, bones and general long-term health.

It is also these fatty acids that have been shown to help babies maintain a good birth weight, meaning that taking these supplements is worthwhile at any and every stage of pregnancy, especially when considering that a baby’s DHA intake is entirely dependent on the mother.

Take two capsules daily with your main meals of the day, or as directed by a practitioner.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Store in a cool dry place. Do not use if vacuum seal is broken or missing.

Not suitable for Vegetarians. Energy, protein, carbohydrate and fat content negligible. Free from: Wheat, starch, gluten, milk products (lactose), added sugars, colourings, flavourings and preservatives. This product contains fish derivatives and therefore should not be taken by people with allergies to fish.

Avoid if there is any deficiency of the liver. If you are on anti-thrombotic drugs (e.g. Warfarin or Heparin) consult your doctor before taking.
