The Period Patches’ size and shape are designed to be placed over specific acupuncture points on the lower back and sacrum. Clean and dry affected area.

Remove the backing from the patch to reveal sticky side.

For optimal results place centrally at the base of the back as shown in diagram or on the area of discomfort.

Please remove the patch no later than 8 hours after applying.

Suitable for adults and children above 12 years of age. Children under 12 years of age: consult a doctor. Apply to affected area as needed not more than 3 times daily for 7 days.
