Sleep patches can support insomnia or poor sleeping habits. Herbs such as wild jujube seed, coix seed & polygala are selected for their ability to calm the mind and help induce sleep.

This product contains essential oils that provide a unique smell that elicits a deeply relaxing olfactive experience.

Before applying the patch we recommend a few sleep health basics.

1) Don’t wait until you’re too exhausted before going to bed.

2) Try leaving your phone off in another room.

3) Pick up a (real) book. No Telly.

4) Apply the sleep patches 15 minutes before the above.

5) Apply one sleep patch to each temple and leave them on until morning.

6) After applying, massage the patch for a minute or two to further release the herbs.

7) Enjoy. We hope you enjoy a more peaceful sleep.

Suitable for adults and Children above 12 years of age: can be applied nightly. Children under 12 years of age: consult a doctor.
