Developed for use from 16 years of age. Contains sodium fluoride. Fluoride content – 0,06 % (600 ppm). If fluoride from other sources is also being used, we recommend consulting a dentist or doctor before use. We recommend brushing teeth 2 times a day after meals. Visible effect up to 2 shades when brushing twice daily for 4 weeks. To achieve the best whitening effect you should refrain from food and drinks for 20 minutes after brushing your teeth. To avoid increased sensitivity, SPLAT recommends that Extreme White be used in alternating, 4 – 6 week cycles with our enamel-strengthening toothpastes (e.g. Biocalcium, Nordic Berries, Sea Minerals).
