Spray directly onto clean, dry skin — focusing on areas of tension such as legs, shoulders, neck, arms, wrists, or the soles of the feet. Magnesium can be absorbed particularly well through the soles of the feet.

Massage in gently. Use daily, ideally in the evening or after exercise, as part of your relaxation ritual to help the body and mind unwind.
