The Silistab Achillo is an ankle brace designed for treating Achilles tendon disorders. Silicone inserts in the compressive knit (23 mmHg) are dimpled to provide a massage effect. The anatomical shape of this peri-Achilles silicone insert provides protection to the tendon. Off-loading of the Achilles tendon is provided by soft silicone heel pieces: 2 pairs of stackable heel pieces permitting 3 off-loading heights depending upon the course of the condition (13, 8 or 5mm). The anatomically shaped knit of the Silistab Achillo provides a comfort zone over the malleoli and the brace has patented pull tabs for easy fitting.
