It is the first certified organic magnesium on the UK market, having been produced without the use of pesticides, fertilisers, or preservatives. Each capsule provides 150mg of pure magnesium. Derived from a type of wild seaweed known as sea lettuce (Ulva lactuca), the leaf-like structures are naturally enormously abundant in vitamins and minerals. They grow on rocky shores and seabeds before being harvested and carefully dried to preserve their rich levels of magnesium.
