The Mother is the strands of proteins and friendly bacteria within raw Apple Cider Vinegar. It's been present in our orchards for centuries and is passed through pips and stalks during the ACV making process, so every bottle of Willy's ACV includes a bit of the farm's history. Our 300-year-old orchards are free-from modern farming practices, pesticides & artificial fertilisers, making them a beautiful and natural start to our story.
