Immune System Support

Your immune system is your body's defence against infection and disease. It is made up of a network of cells, tissues, and organs that work together to protect you from harm.

There are many things you can do to keep your immune system strong, including:

• Managing stress: Stress can weaken your immune system. Find healthy ways to manage stress, such as yoga, meditation, or spending time in nature.
• Avoiding smoking and excessive alcohol consumption: Smoking and excessive alcohol consumption can damage your immune system. If you smoke or drink alcohol, quitting or cutting back can help to improve your immune function.
• Taking supplements: There are a number of supplements that can help to support your immune system, including vitamin C, zinc, echinacea, elderberry, and probiotics.
